Hi Friends!  I made a list and I’m checking it twice.   Here’s a 12 Days & Recipes of Christmas List.  I thought maybe if you are still stumped about what to give that person who has everything, maybe something on this list will work for you, and them.  People usually love homemade goodies, and homemade gifts more, anyway!

There are 2 items in each of the 6 categories = 12 Days & Recipes of Christmas:

1. Cookies
2. Bars
3. Balls
4. Fudge
5. “Healthier” Options
6. Totally Not Healthy.  Desserts aren’t supposed to be healthy.  They’re supposed to be, desserts.   And no, I don’t eat all the desserts I make or post about.  But when I do eat them, I enjoy them to the fullest!

Wow that was a sugarfest!

From yesterday’s posts.  Yes, plural.  I posted twice.

The first post had…
Fun Food Facts, I am glad you enjoyed the facts and most of you said they were new to you, so I’m glad I posted them.

Diet Pills.  I hope you check that article out and chime in.

And the second post of the day was my Pool Pictures Post

Lots of tropical fruit lovers in the house it sounded like.  Me too!

And thanks everyone for your hair tie and pony tail holder recommendations.  Hopefully something one of you recommended will stop the slippage or rippage.  Either side of the hair tie extremes just isn’t pleasant, ya know.

Questions
1.  What dessert of the 1 through 12 above catches your eye the most?
This helps me figure out what kind of recipes to make and blog about so be honest!

2. Do you like to give or receive homemade gifts?
I did a gift certificates vs. actual merchandise post.  Storebought is fine, cash is great, homemade is absolutely splendid.

3. Posting Twice a Day?
a. If I could do this, theoretically, would you like this or not?

b. Do you feel like with some bloggers who’s blogs you really enjoy and follow closely that because they post twice a day you are more apt to miss things and are scrambling to go back and make sure you didn’t miss anything?  Yes, for me this is true.

However…

c. Do you feel like with the blogger’s who do post twice a day that you enjoy the constant stream of fresh content?  Yes, for me this is true.

I am not sure what I want to do long term, just talking out loud here and asking your thoughts and feedback.

Time to get my workout in outside and then at home for 20 minutes doing some water jug lifting and yoga moves!

Have a great day everyone and maybe I will see you later today.  And maybe tomorrow.   I don’t even know yet…haha!

  1. I just want to tell you that I’m new to blogging and seriously enjoyed your web-site. More than likely I’m planning to bookmark your site . You absolutely come with wonderful well written articles. Many thanks for sharing your website.

  2. I don’t know how people have time to post twice a day!

It would be if you don’t have a job maybe or that is your job :)

Also I think it’s important to do other activities like reading actual books or trying new things or even journaling or what not – otherwise, how will you keep growing for inventive blogging posts if there’s no new “stimulation”?!

I also want to try those cookies (the 2nd one! ) YUM!
