20 Healthy Chicken Dinners — FAST, easy chicken recipes on the healthier side!! Perfect for busy weeknights and there’s more than than just salads on this list!!
20 Easy Healthy Chicken Dinners
If you’re like most people, January starts with resolutions to lose weight or clean up your diet. These healthy chicken recipes for dinner are ready in 15 to 20 minutes and will keep you headed in the right direction.
They’re tasty, family-friendly, and not every recipe is a salad because I know salads in the winter aren’t always easy. They also all happen to be gluten-free, which is a nice bonus.
All nutrition information is provided by a computer-generated program but I always recommend doing your own math and calculating your own serving sizes if nutrition stats are of the utmost importance to you. Let common sense prevail if you’re really trying to drop pounds — skip the cheese and nuts, keep sauces and dressings to a minimum, focus on your veggies, and eat more plant-based meals.
Leave me comment below letting me know which of these healthy chicken dinner ideas you plan on making!

I can’t seem to find the nutritional information on any of these recipes. I thought you said it was provided. Did I misunderstand?
If you click on the link to the recipe, underneath the recipe the stats will be provided. If they are not visible, it’s because I am in the process of updating all my recipes and some have been, some have not been, with a new nutritional stat platform.
Very helpful recipes, everything was perfect.
Thank you very much!
hey girl- these dinners look amazing!
Thank you and Happy New Year!
Good morning, I just added my email address to your list of many followers. I can’t wait to get started.
One question though, I’m allergic to peanuts. The recipes that call for peanuts, would cashews, almonds, pecans, walnuts or Brazil nuts work for any of the recipes?
Thank you and have a super day!

In general, probably yes, but across the board I can’t say for sure that will always be the case but take an educated guess about what nut to sub in and go from there.
Thanks for putting together this post, Averie; these are great recipes for healthy, delicious meals that I can prepare. Keep up the good work!
You’re welcome and enjoy!
Happy New Year and thanks for sharing all your wonderful kitchen creations! This post is another great recipe round up– I remember loving many of these. I am ctually making the deconstructed egg roll bowl today (I think cabbage is one of those “good luck” foods for New Year’s Day).
Happy New Year! And I knew you had made quite a few of these. I agree, cabbage is one of those good luck New Year’s foods. Have a relaxing day!
