I love using Kerrygold butter in my baking, and working their cheese into my savory dishes is always a hit.
Their site has some fun recipe ideas, too.
Their products really are The Best.
And for two lucky readers, Kerrygold would like to extend a gift basket containing a variety of their butters and cheeses to two winners.

Garlic herb and butter Irish potato wedges!
Just wondering if this is really 30 days away…thanks!
I would make this Strawberry Banana ‘Milkshake’ Cake,https://hungryrabbitnyc.com/2013/06/strawberry-banana-milkshake-cake/
I would make this…
I would melt some of the butter and brush it on the crust. I would top the pizza with whatever goodies I had on hand, mushrooms, carrots, zucchini, onion, basil, etc. and top it off with grated cheese. I find a little goes a long way when you use a quality cheese to top off your pizza. Paired with a nice red wine of course.
I think I would be making scones with the butter and the cheese!
lemon butter cookies!

I would make cornbread with honey butter on the side.
Would make either snickerdoodle blondies or red velvet brownies
Or rather, these sound like even more fun…same combination of flavors, but a different texture…
Oh those little butter sugar cookie sandwich. Yum
Mmm! I love Kerrygold butter, best in the world I’d say, and was thrilled this week to find out Costco carries it back Stateside where I live now, and at a reasonable price. If I won…I think I’d have to make a batch of Red Leicester and Onion rolls like I used to love in England… Britain’s best cheese, and Georgia’s best Vidalia onions…
I started making my chocolate chip cookies with brown butter, a recipe I found on America’s Test Kitchen. Wow, what a difference, I love the nutty flavor that it adds to the cookies.

I love Kerrygold and would use the butter and cheese for so many things! I know one thing I’d love to use the cheese for would be these cheese and scallion baked mashed potatoes: https://www.cookingactress.com/2013/03/baked-cheddar-and-scallion-mashed.html
I would make mac & cheese with this recipe https://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/alton-brown/baked-macaroni-and-cheese-recipe/index.html
