I love using Greek yogurt in my cooking and baking. It helps my baked goods turn out moist, soft, and fluffy.
With rare exception, I use it interchangeably with sour cream. It’s thick and rich like sour cream, but isn’t as much of a caloric lead balloon.

I’ve never used yogurt to cook or bake with. I like eating straight from the fridge. Blueberry is my favorite. I just recently found Greek yogurt and I love it!

Ohmygoodness, all of those recipes look HEAVENLY, but the carrot cake banana bread is literally beyond words. I use greek yogurt so much – but my favourite is with garlic for a 100% healthy caesar salad dressing! I want to try it in smoothies and overnight oats as well. :)

I love greek yogurt and want to use more of it in cooking. Sure it’s easy to eat it straight from the container, and so simple with plain yogurt and honey. I’ve only used it once in Mark Bittman’s recipe for simple greek yogurt muffins. They were tasty and I want to use it again and find different ways to mix them up!
