I had to laugh… I open rafflecopter in a seperate window until time to write comments. The first answer that came to mind about what to make first was Sweet potato fries! then when I went back to make the comment I noticed many others are saying same thing.. guess we are hooked.. I don’t eat fried foods often, but would definitely use this often due to the minimal oil and then air.. the 2nd thing I would make would be coconut shrimp!!!
