I recently received these two Ani Phyo Cookbooks:
Her latest book, Ani’s 15 Day Fat Blast
And her classic Ani’s Raw Food Essentials, which is now available in paperback
I have always been drawn to Ani’s approach to cooking and her cookbooks. Her little pink book of 85 Raw Food Desserts is one of my favorite raw dessert-making books because Ani does not like to hassle with overly complicated or long and drawn-out recipes. As far as raw foodies go, I find she has some of the simplest and most straight-forward recipes.
For the most part, her ingredients are easy to find and source and a shopping trip won’t break the bank.
She makes things that don’t take days and days to dehydrate and I usually cannot plan days in advance and her recipes are sensitive to that.
Some of my favorite raw or no-bake, vegan, and gluten-free recipes include:
Raw Pasta Salad with Creamy Lemon & Herb Dressing
Raw Taco Salad with Raw Taco Nut “Meat”
No-Bake Vegan Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bites
Vegan Seeds Only Crackers (Homemade Mary’s Crackers)
No-Bake Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Balls
One lucky reader will win a copy of both of these books.

I love Ani Phyo and some of my favorite raw recipes are from her! I love her sprouted oatmeal and I am always brewing a batch of homemade kombucha. So good!

I have been really shy of raw cooking… I need to get over my fear of dates – I wanna make raw cookies and bars!
I LOVE Ani’s raw desserts book, these other ones look great! One of my favorite raw recipes is a lavender chocolate bar!
Your recipe for chocolate coconut snowballs was one of the first raw food recipes I tried when I started branching out to raw vegan foods (very recently). LOVE THEM! Going to make this recipe tonight – for the third time!
I’m not familiar with Ani, but I need to go check out her books. All of your RAW foods look so tasty. I would love to make RAW pasta one day. My favorite recipe would have to be the vegan cookie dough balls. I’m also obssesed wth this white chocolate PB (so easy and yummy!)
