From yesterday’s post about Halloween, I loved hearing your stories of your fave Halloween memoriesand what you loved dressing up as when you were a kid.

Halloween 2009.  Yes to everyone who commented, she has grown a ton in the last year, hasn’t she!

Some of you said you’re going out this year and dressing up, but most of you said you’re sitting it out.

I found out it’s strongly encouraged that I get dressed up this year.  What should I go as?

Dessert:  Vegan Coconut Banana Cookie Bites
These are super easy and a flexible recipe depending on what you have on hand.  You can either dehydrate them or just bake them in the oven.  Either way, a quick and easy banana-using-up cookie recipe.

Do you like bananas?
I like bananas in recipes.  Not really a fan of just digging into a plain raw banana.  I used to be able to eat plain, raw bananas, but in the past 5 years or so, never.  I only use them in my cooking or in recipes.

What’s your favorite way to use extra bananas or eat bananas?
