Hi Bloggies, how are you? Things for me are….well, let’s just say it’s a Full Moon. During a Full Moon, the world is filled with excess prana, or life force energy. And technological or mechanical glitches are notorious during Full Moons. Computer problems, car problems, appliances breaking. The ice and water maker on my 6 month old refrigerator started acting up today.
But the bigger problem is that today the Commenting System I use, Intense Debate, decided to Stop Working! Friend and fellow blogger, Charlotte, also uses it and the people at Intense Debate told her they upgraded their systems and there was a bug. Yes, clearly. But that they were working to resolve it. So in the meantime, I am aware that I will probably not get a single comment on this post because no one can get through. Which kinda sucks. Anyhoo….
I’ve posted about the Full Moon and How it Effects Us
Everything from insomnia, sleep disturbances, heated interpersonal exchanges, to computers and tech-related things going all glitchy and malfunctioning. Click Here to Read Up On It!

Questions
Thanks to everyone who told me yesterday that you want Brutal Honesty, Don’t Sugar Coat the Truth, about How to Get Good Abs. I am going to post about it, and actually have the post written, but don’t want to hit Publish until I know you all can write in and comment! Because I’m sure you’ll want to chime in!
1. Have you noticed any effects of the Full Moon? Heated interpersonal stuff, emotional outbursts, crying for no apparent reason, mechanical and tech stuff going haywire at all?
2. Are you a White Chocolate, Milk Chocolate, Dark Chocolate, or Not a Chocolate Person?
Dark chocolate all the way for me and if you’re Not a Chocolate Person, I may have to re-think our friendship. haha!
3. Is there anything that you’ve been brutally honest with someone about even though you didn’t know if you should be or not? How did it play out? Was the person resentful, hurt, happy, relieved? How did you feel afterward?
In general, I try not to give unsolicited advice but there have been times I have been brutally honest, but only after I was asked. For instance, an acquaintance thought her boyfriend may be cheating on her and I knew he was, but because she was not a close friend and just a casual acquaintance, I didn’t run to her and tell her what I knew. However, when she asked me, I told her the brutally honest and messy, whole truth. I definitely don’t like being put in the middle of things like that!
It’s a lot easier to tell someone you’re not that fond of their shirt if they ask or that you’re not really a fan of her new haircut, but only if she asks! And even, then, I will soften my opinions, drastically. I think that although someone says, oh you can tell me, in fact, you really can’t! I don’t want to cause someone grief or be in the “shoot the messenger” place.
How “honest” are you? Have you ever had to tell someone a brutal truth? How did it go over? If someone says, tell me, be honest, Do You Like My Fill in the Blank, do you really tell them your unabashed opinion?
