  1. Lots and lots of freezer cooking for when my grandchild arrives. I don’t want my daughter to have to worry about cooking for her family OR doing dishes.

  2. I am retired and cooking for 2. My recipes always make too much, so I put the extra in a casserole in the freezer or take it to others. This would be so much more convenient than using a dish that must be washed and returned.

  3. I’d make cookie bars. Lots and lots of cookie bars. (My baking pans are great for photos but they’re getting a little too “rustic.”) :)

  4. I’ve used these to take things to parties and/or pot-lucks. They are sturdy enough to carry any dish, and I don’t worry about leaving them behind.
