What DON’T I use coconut oil for? Tonight I’m whippin’ up some ginger-garlic cauliflower, with coconut oil as one of the ingredients.
I subscribed to their newsletter! I plan on making all kinds of goodies with the coconut oil. Something I have started doing is using coconut oil to cook my tofu in, instead of using the spray form of olive oil- it’s so much tastier and healthy! I love your blog and am highly addicted to it! Thanks Averie!!

I’ve subscribed — I actually was allergic to coconut candy and milk when I was younger, but have a feeling that I”ve grown out of it (it’s snuck into my food w/o much of an event) but am afraid to buy it, just in case. But if I win it, and am still allergic to it, then my husband can still enjoy it!
