The Flavor combinations are endless…
All You Really Need is Coconut Water, a Pinch of Salt, and then Flavor it How You See Fit.
Now that warmer weather is hopefully just around the corner, I hope no one feels the need to “replenish” with commercially-produced sports drinks when Coconut Water will do everything and then some without any of the junk you’re going to find in those neon-colored beverages!
Another Great way to use Coconut Water is by making your own Coconut Milk Kefir. Please see This Post for the Recipe and Info.
3 Ingredients: Coconut Water, Coconut Milk, and Kefir Starter. And it sits on your countertop.
It is so easy and the fermented coconut milk kefir is so good for you with all kinds of healthy bacteria; nature’s probiotics! Not to mention you will not have to shell out the big bucks for the store-bought Coconut Milk Kefir anymore!
Have you ever tried coconut water or coconut oil?
