Fruit and Granola Yogurt Bowls – Get ready for the BEST tasting vegan yogurt topped with fresh fruit, granola, chia seeds, and more!! So much YUMMIER than a piece of toast for breakfast!!
With spring around the corner I am craving more than just soup, roasted vegetables, and comfort food.
Fresh fruit on top of cool creamy yogurt with granola and chia seeds sounds perfect.
For these yogurt bowls I used the newย Silkยฎย Vanilla,ย Blueberry, and Strawberry Dairy-Free Yogurt Alternatives. They bring a perfectly smooth, creamy texture and bright, fruity taste.
Depending on the exact product and flavor chosen, there are 5 to 6 grams of plant-powered protein per serving with active yogurt cultures.
I promise you that dairy-free never tasted so good and you would never guess they’re vegan because they are so creamy.
The next time I have to want to bake something vegan that ordinarily would call for sour cream or Greek yogurt, I will use this Silk Vanilla Dairy-Free Yogurt Alternative. It has great vanilla potency that I know will be perfect in a quickbread, cake, or muffins, and of course tastes heavenly straight out of the container.
As always, all Silk products are made from plants, not dairy,ย are verified by the Non-GMO Project, and there are lots of options from unsweetened flavors with no added sugar, to nutmilk with 10 grams of soy-free protein per serving, to creamy, dreamy yogurt alternatives. I wanted to let you know about Silk’s #ProgressIsPerfection campaign.ย Progress is Perfection is rooted in the idea that you deserve credit for the small, good decisions you make every day.
Whether that’s having a Meatless Monday once or month (try this Tomato Basil Soup I made using Silk), taking the stairs rather than the elevator, parking in the back of the lot so you have to walk just a bit further to the entrance of the store, or having one of these yogurt bowls for a breakfast or snack, you’re doing it.
Even though many of are so busy moving (in circles it seems) that we havenโt seen it or it’s hard to remember to take note of the progress we’re making, remember the small victories and remember that extreme is not the only way to be healthy.
Get your week off on the right start by prepping some Make-Ahead Freezer Smoothie Packsย or go for a walk now that the weather is warming up. Small things.
Progress is Perfection.

I haven’t tried the Silk yogurt before but I have two people in my life that are lactose intolerant…. so I’ll have to add them to my grocery list!
