I love to freeze coconut water in ice cubes and add that to my smoothies instead of regular ice cubes. Dates, kale and bananas is a pretty wicked combo too

i love smoothies that have both fruits AND vegetables in them, with strawberries and apples and spinach and whatever else i have in the house!

My favorite smoothie is chocolate and peanut butter. But in an effort to be more healthy lately I have been making almond milk blueberry smoothies with spinach and other healthy things stuffed into them!
