I love the classic pairing of peanut butter with apples and/or bananas! It’s such a great contrast to those flavors, and adds some protein too.
I like peanut butter and banana sandwiches for breakfast. Peanut butter on celery or carrots. Peanut butter straight out of the jar.

I would use it for grinding oats into quick oats because I’m GF and just buy GF rolled oats at Trader Joes and grind them myself. (Learned that trick from your friend, Sally!) And, I would most certainly want to try my hand at homemade PB…that is, if I can get to the peanuts before my husband eats them all! ;)
One of my favourite ways to eat peanut butter is just so classic and plain but SO delicious and it never gets old. I love just cutting up a banana and spreading a little bit on each slice. Maybe add a chocolate chip or two if I’m feeling adventurous :P
