I have been dying to try homemade peanut butter, I would use it for that!
Hi! I have been wanting to rave about your “thin mints.” They are a HUGE hit in my house. You are a genius! Thank you! One thing I like to do with peanut butter is making “peanut butter popcorn.” The recipe found on Bon Appetite…
Peanut Butter Popcorn
Place 8 cups air-popped popcorn in a large bowl. Line a rimmed baking sheet with waxed paper. Bring 1/2 cup honey and 1/2 cup sugar to a boil in a small saucepan, swirling pan to dissolve sugar, and cook until foamy and slightly darker in color, about 3 minutes. Add 1/2 cup peanut butter and 3/4 teaspoon salt; stir until mixture is smooth. Pour over popcorn; toss to coat. Spread out on prepared sheet. Let cool completely. Break into bite-size pieces

If I win the food processor I would make your “chocolate peanut butter.” I bet that would also be a HUGE hit in my house.
Making peanut butter would be much easier with this food processor! I’ve been dying to make chocolate peanut butter, so maybe that would be first!
The addition of peanut butter in the “Eat your greens” Asian Chicken Salad I make is pretty spectacular!

I am currently in love with dark chocolate peanut butter, but I have been buying it at the store. I would love to make my own because I can better control what goes in it, and I’m sure it would taste even more amazing
I would LOVE to try and make your homemade cookie butter recipe :-) And since I just recently discovered coconut oil, I’ll make some desserts with that, looking forward to seeing even more cocnutty recipes on your blog :-) Thank you!!
Your ideas are fabulous. Thanks for this fun giveaway! Fingers crossed!
I would use peanut butter in my rice crispy treats. I think they make a fun flavor. And I have never had a processor to use. So, making my own butters would be a new adventure!
Your ideas are fabulous. Thanks for this fun giveaway! Fingers crossed!
I love all things peanut butter! I can’t wait to bake through your book! I don’t need the extra pounds…but my taste buds will love it!
I love heating up a tablespoon of peanut butter with a few chocolate chips, and pouring it over ice cream. Yum!
I can go on and on about my favorite unhealthy ways to enjoy peanut butter, but one of my less embarrassing favorites is plain Greek yogurt mixed with peanut butter and a dollop of grape jam. So good!
We like peanut butter & banana sandwiches or wraps in our house. We also use peanut butter over ice cream. I would love to make a great pie crust using the food processor or homemade pesto
I am always so excited when my fave bloggers get to publish their first (and hopefully second) book.
Congratulations, I’m excited for you, but also excited for ME :) Can’t wait to pick it up and browse through.
Thanks for your support, April!
My favorite way to enjoy PB is actually in No Bake Cookies…YUM!
I’d also make my own nut butters in the processor…hello…brilliant stuff there.
What an appealing topic for a cookbook -and gutsy in this nut-allergy rife environment!
