What’s your favorite way to enjoy peanut butter (other than eating it straight out of the jar) – Recipe links strongly encouraged!
Peanut Butter is one of my all-time favorite things in existence. Seriously, ask my family. And as much as I’ve been a baking guru lately, I’ve never really experimented much with peanut butter. However, my top two favorite ways to have it are: Sauce topping on icecream. Any icecream. Or custard. Sauce topping on ANYTHING. ….. and as cookies with the hershey kisses in the middle. A classic winter time treat I make every year, and end up devouring half the cookies I am supposed to deliver as “gifts”. I just say they are gifts to myself for baking such wonderful cookies.
