I realized when I posted my recent recipe for Lemon & Dill Roasted Potato Sticks, that I have lots of potato recipes and I wanted to organize them and make them easier to access.
And as a total unplanned twist, it’s so fitting that this post about potatoes falls on the day before St. Patrick’s Day! Is that the luck of the Irish, or what?!
Hopefully you may see something new and interesting that will help you jazz up your potatoes:

1. Do you like potatoes?
My answer is here, item #1 at the bottom.
2. Favorite potato preparation technique or recipe?
Also, I am putting this post both in my Themed & Specialty Recipes section where you’ll find everything from Game Day Recipes to Stevia Recipes to Chocolate Recipes.
And, I am also putting it in my Roasted & Baked Veggies & Sides section where I have lots more recipes (that don’t have potatoes in them). Imagine that.

How in the world could I pick? I love french fries, mashed potatoes, baked potatoes, potato salad. mmmm potatoes!!
I tried your method for making sweet potato fries recently and they came out perfect! Crispy, not soggy or burnt. It’s the only way I’m going to make fries now.
thanks for LMK, Rachel! Glad you enjoyed! :)
I wish I liked potatoes, they are so cheap. Sadly, I ahave expensive taste in food. Which I suppose is better than having expensive taste in shoes.
This made my mouthwater because potatoes are so versatile, it’s magical! I thought they would be cheap here but they are actually one of the more expensive vegetables, but I’m craving like crazy!
I love sweet potatoes, they are dinner and dessert! Although I have never had sweet potato pie, I am going to have to try it!
I made sweet potatoes into breadstick! I even made a gluten free version using brown rice flour! I should post it sometime soon. People often dont think of making dessert potato recipes, but it totally works! I sometime make cakes with it!
