Raw Vegan Chocolate Mousse

Combine in Vita-Mix or Food Processor
2 ripe avocados
1/2 c agave
1/4 c cocoa powder

Optional:
2 Tbsp Coconut Oil
Dash Vanilla Extract

Blend until smooth and serve

Put in container and chill in fridge, or freeze to make it really decadent like a thick mousse-ey ice cream, or make it pretty and do it up parfait style in glasses alternating layers of chocolate mousse and strawberries or other fruit.  Or as I mentioned, you can even thin it out a smidge more with an extra dash of agave and this will become your go-to frosting.  Serious.

  1. This is my entry #1. I've seen these bars on other blogs and have been wanting to try them! Especially the blueberry one.

  2. 4th Entry (I'm loving all of these chances! :D):

I am also loving how ProBar describes their Fruition Bars as "designed to be satisfying on-the-go without the extra fat and calories"

  3. I just found your blog and it's great! I am bookmarking those choc. chip "cookie dough" balls to make ASAP!! :D

First entry: I would love to try ProBars because I have heard nothing but GOOD about them, yet they are somewhat expensive, so I want to make sure I buy them before I spend money on 'em! they'd be a great on the go breakfast as I am running to class! ;)

  4. Entry # 3 – I visited the Probar website and learned that Chia Seeds have the highest known whole food source of Omega-3's!

  5. This is my entry #1 – I'd love to win the Fruition bars because they look amazing and I've heard a lot about them, but I haven't splurged and treated myself to them yet because they're pretty durn expensive. Maybe if I win some, I'll be hooked. :) Thanks for an awesome blog – love your recipes! Made the raw choc chip cookie dough and the thin mint dessert and LOVE them – you're awesome! :)

  6. Entry # 1 – I follow your blog and love it! I am envious of your yoga poses!

I've been wanting to try these bars since I've seen them featured in the blogosphere. Word has it they're amazing, but I can't find them in any stores.
