Good morning, well almost afternoon!  I hope you’re gettin’ back into the groove of life after the long weekend.  Major unpacking goin’ on round here as well as picking up some stuff for the house like I mentioned before, a bit of a shop-a-thon has been goin’ on.  I admit, it’s been freakin’ ah-may-zing to shop for new stuff for the crib.  I will post pics and give you the 411 after things start arriving, not to worry.

Glad you enjoyed yesterday’s Sunbuttah on the Oats actionMiss Broccoli was astute enough to note that the Sunbutter was shaped in an S.  Now that’s what I call observant!  Totally random coincidence.

Speaking of lovin’ the Sunny B, here’s Skylar eating it straight off the knife

And then I sampled some Sunbuttahhhh on some Mary’s Crackers.  I hope I don’t O.D. on this stuff.

Also still munchin and groovin’ on watermelon.  I ate it alone and allowed for proper food combining.   Thank you very much!

I whipped us up a fruity smoothie with an orange, 2 apples, 1 large banana, a couple pieces of dried unsweetened unsulphured mango from TJ’s, cinn, and dash of vanilla agave.  Threw it all into the VitaGod

…And out emerged our raw liquid brekkie.

I have to continue to thank the Fitnessista for her culinary genius that is the Breakfast Cookie.  I have to say that I am in total love.  Another one of those things I hope I don’t O.D. on.

Into this one went 1/3 c dry oats, 1 scoop Vanilla Sun Warrior BRPP, cinna, 2 tbsp agave, dash vanilla, and 1 packet of NuNaturals Stevia

I like making it in these little containers because then it has a lid and if I need to make room in da fridge, I don’t have this random plate just hangin’ out takin’ up way too much space.  Kinda like the empty moving boxes on the side of the house are.

Put the VitaGiant to continued use by whippin up some dairy free softserve.  2 bananas, 1/8 c vanilla almond milk, 2 packets of NuNaturals Stevia, dash of sugar, dash of vanilla.  Blend for about 45 seconds and don’t overblend for all the Type A types who like to overdo it.  More is not better here.

And yeah, this bad boy was definitely thick enough.  Look Mom, I’m Upside Down!  Here was a previous attempt that wasn’t quite thick enough in case ya missed it.

Enjoy, savor, and lick the canister clean like it’s your job.

After some really awesome runs here, and yeah, it’s hot but not really bothersome hot for me, I came in for some yoga.

What’s everyone’s favorite go-to knife?  I have some Henckle’s and Wusthof’s, but am in need of a large, chopping knife for everything from apples to zukes and cukes, to mini watermelons, large peppers, ya know, your basic raw rabbit food that I need to chop, chop, and chop some mo’.

  1. I would love to try NuNaturals – the idea of an all natural sweetener with no bitter aftertaste? Yes please!

This is a great giveaway – thanks so much!

  2. Hi there,
I would love to win some Stevia as I try to use alternative sweeteners whenever possible. I usually default to Agave, but would love to work Stevia into the mix as it is even lower on the glycemic index! I've also added you to my blogroll and I'm a follower now! :) (#1, 2, and 5!)

  3. I am a big fan of Stevia and would love to win your awesome contest. The fact that NuNaturlas has been around 20 years says a lot about this company!

  4. i would love to win this. sugar makes me feel so down, id like to try this company because right now i use a whole foods brand.

  5. alright alright, you convinced me – but only 'cause I realized I am a greedy bloggie and those sweeteners would be magic in my oats and java!
