The recipe is for Chocolate Mousse Cheesecake at Mangio Dasola’s blog. It’s one of the most elegant and easiest (although there are several steps, so plan ahead) desserts I’ve ever made. It’s to die for!
Valentine’s Day is my most favorite holiday. I celebrate by giving chocolate and other sweets to my girlfriends and coworkers. It is the best day ever. It’s been several years since I’ve attempted homemade truffles. I may try it again this year using Ina Garten’s recipe.

My boyfriend and I are going to a local winery where we had our first date! It is such a romantic spot!
oreo balls and/or cheesecake.
I plan on making my husbands favorite cookies – my grandmother’s sour cream cutouts.
I’m a single lady, so if I do anything it will involve me probably babysitting my niece and a big chicken salad.
I’m not sure what I’ll be making yet, but I plan on spending the day with the best Valentine ever…My gorgeous 2 year old daughter!
I don’t even want to think about Valentines Day yet, but you’re right, it will be here before we even realize that a month as passed! If only time had a “slow” button. :P
Hubby and I can’t afford to go out or really buy anything, so we’re just planning to relax together and not worry about chores =)
I want to try making a chocolate souffle this year! Wish me luck!
