This Chinese beef and broccoli recipe is EASY, HEALTHIER than going out because it's baked, and FASTER than calling for takeout!!

To a bowl, add soy sauce, garlic, honey, brown sugar, sesame oil, rice vinegar, ginger, optional salt, pepper, optional cayenne, or red pepper flakes. Whisk. Add the steak, stir to combine, and let it marinate.

Transfer the steak to a prepared sheet pan. Set aside. Add the broccoli to the marinade mixture and give it a quick dunk. Transfer the broccoli to the sheet pan. Reserve the marinade.

Bake. Optionally add reserved marinade to a saucepan and bring it to a boil. Add the cornstarch and cold water to a bowl. Stir, then add the cornstarch slurry to the saucepan, whisking until dissolved.

After the beef and broccoli are done, drizzle with the sauce, to taste.
