This better-than-takeout beef fried rice is EASY, ready in 20 MINUTES, and made in ONE skillet! Everyone loves the big juicy strips of steak and perfectly fried rice that's speckled with bits of onions, peas, carrots, and scrambled eggs. The combination of the soy sauces, oyster sauce, and toasted sesame oil make it taste so authentic!
Very tasty, indeed! Bringing all the cooked food back in and adding the sauce mixture was the fun part. Thanks for sharing with us.

Combine the soy sauces and oyster sauce, then set aside. Sear the beef and cook in the oils, then remove and set aside on a plate.
1
Saute the onion, followed by the peas and the carrots. Transfer to the plate with the beef.
2
Add the eggs and scramble them. Then, transfer them to the plate with the other cooked food.
3
Add the rice and let it sit in the pan to char a bit. Then, add in all the other cooked food. Drizzle the soy and oyster sauce mixture over everything. Stir and cook, then optionally serve with scallions.
