Prepare three bowls. Add the flour and Cajun seasoning in the first, eggs in the second, and bread crumbs and parmesan cheese in the third. Dip the chicken in each bowl.

Cook the chicken in oil on both sides, then set aside. Meanwhile, cook the pasta, drain, and set it aside. Then, sauté the bell peppers and mushrooms in olive oil, followed by the garlic. Then, transfer to a plate.
