Pork loin is first coated in a FLAVOR-PACKED dry spice rub, then topped with a tangy brown sugar glaze before being roasted. EASY enough to make on busy weeknights, but IMPRESSIVE enough to serve to guests or make for the holidays!
Pat the pork loin dry and make a few shallow cuts in the fat cap. Place in a greased baking dish.
1
Coat the pork loin with the dry rub, followed by a little olive oil. Then, roast with the fat side up.
2
Meanwhile, make the glaze. Then, add the glaze and finish roasting.
