Whisk together the flour, salt, baking soda, and baking powder. Beat together the sugar, butter, and shortening.

Add the eggs, Marshmallow Fluff, and vanilla, then beat. Add the flour mixture and crushed Lucky Charms, then beat. Now, fold in the marshmallows.

Scoop the dough into balls and place them on baking sheets. Flatten slightly and press in several marshmallows on top.
